Oren Dar
Oren is a Staff Data Scientist at Intuit and serves as the tech lead for the Foundational Intuit Language Models (FILM) team. He has been leading the work on training and serving these models within Intuit over the past year, and helped develop internal evaluation and benchmarking methodologies. Prior to his two years at Intuit, he worked at various startups as a deep learning scientist. Before that, he attended the innovative Minerva University in San Francisco, where he wrote his thesis on neural machine translation and earned a B.Sc. Oren volunteers as a computer science teacher for high school students and as a statistical consultant at Statistics Without Borders.
