Adding Static Code Analysis to Stack Overflow

As of September 23rd, 2019, we’re applying static analysis to some of the code behind public Stack Overflow, Stack Overflow for Teams, and Stack Overflow Enterprise in order to pre-emptively find and eliminate certain kinds of vulnerabilities.
